Policy for returned orders.
All returns - must have a return goods authorization number RA. Call 650-692-6969

All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Unless otherwise arranged.

The restocking charge is in addition to any in freight and out freight, plus $5.00 minimum order charge (if applicable) for all returned or refused orders.

All returns must be in "as new condition" with original packing materials and returned within seven business days.

Electrical parts, boards, controls, switches, relays, etc are not returnable.
All custom or special ordered and produced systems/items are not returnable unless a written guarantee has been provided prior to order.

Shipping charges are not refundable.  User agrees to pay all shipping charges unless a written RA indicates otherwise.
