Warranty Policy

Lil's Packaging Equipment Inc. provides warrantee services only for the items that we sell. Manufacturers' warrantees vary from product to product. Lil's Packaging Equipment will perform warrantee work per factory policy and may repair or replace a defective unit at our discretion. Labor and freight both in or out is NOT included in warrantee service.

All warranty is done at Lil's Packaging Equipment or in some cases the factory. Off site work is available for additional charges. Misuse or abuse by customer cancels warranty agreement.

Warranty excludes expendable sealer parts such as wires, tapes, belts, etc.

It is the customer's responsibility to understand the machine much the way one must understand a typewriter. Like typing ribbon or correction tape on a typewriter, there are items on wrapping machines, wires-tape, etc., that are considered expendable. Expendable items must be changed and maintained to insure the best possible performance and to increase the longevity of the equipment. The only cost effective way to maintain the performance of the equipment is to understand the importance of proper maintenance.

Proper electrical power and or air to machine will be the responsibility of the customer. Equipment will not function properly with extension cords or inadequate power source. Example; if a machine calls for 220volt 30amp it will not function properly on 220volt 15amp line. Both voltage and amperage are equally important. If this occurs it may invalidate manufacturer’s warranty. Additionally, outlet and plug must correspond. In other words, 220volt 30amp socket must have a 220volt 30amp plug. This should be made clear when contracting with an electrician.

All equipment is subject to manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer’s warranty will vary.
